The Upper-Intermediate level, which is the last stage of the Intermediate level, is the level where the foundations of the academic language are consolidated, grammar begins to end, speaking is extremely fluent, reading, writing and listening areas are perfected.
Most of the education you will receive at Upper-Intermediate level includes speaking, listening and writing activities. Foreign instructors accompany you at this level in accordance with the level of advanced education you receive. What will Upper-Intermediate C1 (Upper Intermediate Level) Education bring you? If you successfully complete the Upper-Intermediate level, you will have a very rich grammar and vocabulary knowledge. In the light of this knowledge, you will be able to understand all the English sources you read, make academic presentations, write academic articles and use English in all aspects from street language to academic language.
When learning a language at Upper-Intermediate C1 level, you gain more advanced skills and a better understanding and use of grammar rules. Learning the following topics is typically achieved: Further expand your vocabulary and use more specific words and expressions Improving your speaking skills so that you can have more fluent and natural conversations and talk about more complex topics Further develop your listening skills so that you can understand fast and complex speech and understand people speaking with different accents To be able to understand long and complex texts faster and better by further improving your reading skills To further improve your writing skills so that you can write more fluently and naturally and apply grammar rules better Understanding grammar rules better and using more complex grammatical structures more accurately and effectively Developing more complex communication skills such as discussion, presentation and interview As you learn a language at an Above Intermediate level, you will now have more advanced speaking, listening, reading and writing skills and will be able to communicate easily about more complex topics that you may encounter in everyday life.
At Upper-Intermediate level, you need to learn Present, Past and Future tenses as well as other grammatical structures such as Conditionals (Type 1-2-3), Reported Speech, Passive Voice, Relative Clauses, Modals (should, could, may, might, might, must), phrasal verbs, and gerunds and infinitives.
When you complete Upper-Intermediate C1, you will be able to communicate in more fluent and accurate English in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Your reading and listening skills will have improved, so you will be able to understand more complex English texts and conversations. At the same time, your speaking skills will improve and you will be able to express more complex ideas.
