The A2 level is the second stage of general Spanish learning. At this level, the foundational skills gained in the beginner phase are solidified, making the language more permanent in your memory. Success at this stage comes from recognizing that Spanish is entirely different from your native language and, as a result of your knowledge and experiences, you stop comparing the two languages. Instead, you begin to think and express yourself more naturally in Spanish.
The A2 level consists of 100 hours of lessons. Upon successful completion, participants will be able to understand main sentences about themselves, their family, shopping, favorite places, and work. They will be able to share information about familiar daily tasks and write simple texts about their past and immediate needs. At this level, your grammar knowledge will continue to grow, and you will put it into more practice. You'll be able to comprehend more complex sentences and engage in richer conversations, expressing yourself more comfortably.
At the end of the A2 level, you will gain the following: 100 hours of lessons focused on improving understanding of common topics such as family, shopping, and work. Ability to communicate in daily life situations with familiar phrases and respond to questions in a timely manner. Capability to write simple information about your past and current needs.
